La habitación publicada es amplia (4m x 3,20m), tiene un placard amplio tambien, escritorio, cama y mesita de luz. NO SE ACEPTAN PAREJAS Y ES PARA ESTUDIANTES DE CORTO PLAZO, UN AÑO MAXIMO. El departamento es muy amplio y luminoso. Queda a una cuadra de Av. Cabildo, una cuadra del subte D (Estacion Jose Hernandez) que los lleva al centro en 20 minutos, en 10 o 15 minutos los deja en la puerta de la facultad de medicina y la de economia UBA. Ademas a una cuadra, por Av. Cabildo pasan una gran cantidad de colectivos y a 7 cuadras para el otro lado esta el tren (estacion Belgrano R - queda en la parte mas linda de Belgrano, la parte residencial). Un excelente acceso a todo, trabajo, estudio y salidas. La zona es segura, no tenemos seguridad en el edificio, pero justo en frente hay uno con seguridad las 24 hs, me conocen y estan atentos a lo que pasa en la cuadra. De todas formas el barrio, en sí, es seguro, pero mejor prevenir. Soy una persona tranquila, no aburrida... me gusta divertirme, salir, reunirme, pero para convivir soy tranquila y adaptable a la convivencia. COUPLES, BOYFRIENDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND IS FOR STUDENTS OR SHORT THERM, A YEAR MAXIMUM. The department is very wide and luminous. One block of here is the Avenue Cabildo, also a block from the D subway (station Jose Hernandez) that leads to the center in 20 minutes, 10 or 15 minutes left on the door of the medical faculty UBA and economics faculty UBA. Moreover, down the Avenue Cabildo passing a lot of buses and 7 blocks for the other side is the train station (Belgrano R - stays in the most beautiful part of Belgrano, the residential portion). Anyway the neighborhood in itself is safe, but better to prevent. I am a quiet person, not boring, I like to have fun, go out, meet, but to live together I’m calm and adaptable to coexistence.
