Busco alquilar un dormitorio preferiblemente a un/a estudiante. El depto está situado sobre av. del libertador entre las calles Virrey Loreto y Zabala. Esta a una cuadra de la calle Luis María Campos y a 9 de Cabildo. Vivo a 2 cuadras de la Universidad de Belgrano, cerca de la Universidad di Tella, y a 5 minutos en colectivo de Ciudad Universitaria. Las Cañitas esta a unas 6-7 cuadras, por lo tanto alrededor hay varios lugares para salir a comer o tomar algo. Hay varias líneas de colectivos cerca que van a distintos lugares de la ciudad y el subte línea D esta a 9 cuadras sobre cabildo.
El depto es muy luminoso, tiene una cocina bastante grande con ventanas y un comedor diario. La cocina tiene horno, microondas, lavarropas (NO hay seca ropas), heladera y todo lo necesario para cocinar. El living tiene aire acondicionado, una compu, wifi, un televisor con cable digital, dvd, un balcón, y una mesa comedor. El dormitorio que alquilo tiene una cama de 2 plazas y un placar amplio. El dormitorio no tiene aire acondicionado. Hay 2 baños, 1 con ducha. Lamentablemente no puedo ofrecer un baño exclusivamente privado con ducha. Hay servicio de mucama 1 vez por semana.
Me llamo Rodrigo y tengo 22 años, soy bastante tranquilo, ordenado, y aporto para la buena convivencia, y espero lo mismo de mi compañero de casa. Estudio piano y estudio todos los días así que no te tiene que molestar el ruido, el piano está en mi dormitorio y claro que estudio con la puerta cerrada, pero algo siempre se escucha. No suelo hacer fiestas o reuniones grandes en mi casa así que es preferible que tampoco se hagan, considero este depto más como una vivienda tranquila que como un lugar para fiestas y reuniones. Tengo un gato persa cariñoso pero independiente que no molesta para nada. También hablo ingles fluido
En el caso de no necesitar una cama a 2 plazas la podemos sacar así el dormitorio tiene más espacio, y si tenes tu propia cama u escritorio que queres traer está todo bien.

I’m looking to rent a room in my apartment preferably to a student. The apartment is situated on the street Av. Del Libertador in between the streets Virrey Loreto and Zabala. It’s one block away from Luis Maria Campos street and 9 blocks away from Cabildo street. I live 2 blocks away from the Universidad de Belgrano and about a 5 min bus ride to Ciudad Universitaria (UBA). Las Cañitas is about 6-7 blocks away, meaning that there are a bunch of places around to go out for food or drinks etc. There are plenty of buses right around the corner that take you to different places in the city and the subway D line is 9 blocks away on Cabildo street.
The apartment gets plenty of natural light, it has a fairly big kitchen with windows and a breakfast table. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a washing machine (there is NO drying machine), fridge, and pretty much everything necessary to cook and prepare food. The living room has air conditioning, a computer, wifi, a TV with digital cable, a dvd player, a balcony, and a dining table. The room I’m renting out has a queen sized bed and a good sized closet. This room doesn’t have air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms, but only 1 with a shower, meaning that this bathroom has to be shared. There is a maid service once a week as well.
My name is Rodrigo, I’m 22 years old and I’m a pretty calm person; I’m orderly and contribute to a good living experience, so I expect the same of my roommate. I study piano, and I study everyday so you’d have to be okay with the noise. I obviously study in my room with the door shut, but there’s always a bit of noise. I don’t really throw parties here o have big reunions so I prefer that you don’t, I consider this apartment more of a home than a party house. I have a cat that’s sweet but independent, so he doesn’t really bother anyone. Also, I speak fluent english.
In case you don’t need a queen sized bed we could look into moving it out so the room has more space, and if you have your own bed or desk or anything you want to bring along let me know and we can work it out.
