In June single rooms will be available for 1600 pesos per month.
The apartment has 7 rooms (6 singles, 1 double), a living with TV-cable & DVD, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms & balconies. All rooms have windows. The building has thick walls so inside the apartment it is always cool, even in summer! All the services like electricity, gas, free phone for local calls, Internet Wifi 6M, bed sheets, blankets, pillows & bi-weekly cleaning are included. Each room has it's own heating & is fully furnished (bed, dresser, table, chair etc.) You will have your own key to enter and to leave the apartment whenever you wish. Each room has his own lock. The apartment is located near the Obelisco, the Avenida de Mayo and Avenida Corrientes, close to subway lines:A,B,C,D & many bus lines. supermarkets and laundry are nearby. Bars, restaurants, nightclubs, gym, a lot of theaters & cinemas are nearby. A fully refundable deposit of 1000 argentinian pesos is required. Todos los servicios como luz, gas, energía, teléfono para llamadas locales,Internet wifi banda ancha 6M, sabanas y limpieza bisemanal están incluidos. Cada habitación tiene su propia calefacción. Tendrás tu propia llave para entrar y salir del apartamento cuando lo desees. El departamento es localizado cerca del Obelisco, de Avenida de Mayo, de Avenida Corrientes, muy cerca de lineas de subte A, B, C,D y muchas lineas de colectivos.
